REGISTRATION STEPS

See below for more on

and

A $150 deposit will hold your spot at camp. Don't wait! To Register:

  1. Complete the registration form and reserve your spot with a deposit by completing the payment step in the form. We must receive a deposit to hold your spot, even if you apply for a scholarship.
(Note that deposits are non-refundable, unless you apply for a scholarship and don't receive one.)

  2. Repeat for each individual attending.

Signing Up

After we receive your registration and deposit:

  1. We'll contact you to confirm your housing, which determines your total price.

  2. Once housing is confirmed and any scholarships are awarded, we'll invoice you for the balance. All balances will be invoiced after your housing is confirmed; when you register, you will pay the deposit only.

Once you receive your invoice (which could take up to a few weeks; don't worry, your spot is safe):

  1. Your balance will be due by May 21st, 2026.

  2. For a refund (less deposit), notify us by June 1st. After June 1st, refunds are only given for extenuating circumstances, considered case-by-case.

  3. If we don't receive your balance by May 21st, and we haven't heard from you by June 1st, we will release your spot at camp to someone on the waitlist.

TUITION FOR 2026

tuition includes all workshops & activities plus room & board

Camping or Commuter:

$855 per Camper

Bring your tent or RV (or hammock) to get a private "room"! There are 9 tent platforms (first come first serve) and lots of open space in the field and surrounding woods. If you prefer to stay offsite but don't live nearby, you can look for local airBnBs.

Cabins:

$970 per Camper

Cozy and rustic; no electricity, no plumbing, BYO linens, but a great place to stay. All cabins are close to a composting toilet; some are very close to the bathhouse while others are a short walk. Cabins are shared, with 2-4 campers per cabin. We will do our best to honor preferences and but can't guarantee that you will be able to choose who your cabin mates are. Cabins usually fill up by early to mid spring.

Ecolodge:

Electricity and linens provided; ecolodge rooms have their own bathrooms. These fill up fast.

Non-playing companions (parent, partner, etc.) may stay for $200 less than the camper price.

Please email nhmcvt@gmail.com to inquire about partial weeks, special circumstances, or questions!
